The Why Behind Leaders On Purpose
After nearly two decades inside corporate and institutional leadership environments, Manal Bernoussi felt the growing need to create spaces where leadership could be explored beyond titles, performance, and public image.
Leaders On Purpose emerged from the desire to bridge two worlds that too often remain disconnected: strategic influence and human depth.
What We Do
What started as a podcast exploring the ‘human behind the leader’ has evolved into a broader ecosystem bringing together leaders, institutions, entrepreneurs, moderators, and organizations around one shared ambition: to amplify conversations that matter.

Manal Bernoussi
Manal Bernoussi is the Founder and Managing Director of Leaders On Purpose, an international platform dedicated to meaningful leadership conversations, executive visibility, and human-centered influence.
She is also the host of the award-winning Leaders On Purpose Podcast, available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and Amazon Music.
After nearly two decades in the corporate world, Manal transitioned into entrepreneurship to build a platform aligned with her conviction that leadership should be more authentic, intentional, and impactful.
Today, she works internationally as a moderator, master of ceremony, interviewer, and strategic advisor, leading conversations across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East on topics including leadership, innovation, sustainability, economic transformation, artificial intelligence, and social impact.
Manal holds an engineering degree from INSA Lyon and the National University of Singapore, as well as an MBA from Columbia University and the Africa Business School.
Before founding Leaders On Purpose, she spent more than a decade at Casablanca Finance City Authority, where she served on the executive committee as Director of Strategy, Partnerships & Communications, contributing to the international positioning of the financial hub on topics such as sustainable finance, innovation, and international cooperation.
She previously worked in the consulting industry in Paris, specializing in cybersecurity and information protection at Wavestone and Capgemini.
Manal currently serves on several international and leadership-related initiatives and is actively engaged in promoting women’s leadership and more intentional forms of influence.
